Full Price Items:
We will gladly accept returns on all items within 14 days from time of shipment for store credit only. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and with original tags.
Items Purchased During a Sale or Promotion:
We don't accept returns on any sale item unless deemed faulty.
How to Return:
If your return meets our conditions, please follow the steps bellow to lodge your return:
- Email archipielagothelabel@gmail.com specifying the problem / change/ refund you want to proceed with.
- Fill in and include your returns form, if you don't have this include your name, order number and reason for your return. (You are able to use a carrier of your choice to return your items.)
- Each product must be returned new, with all labels and tags in its original package. Archipiélago The Label reserves the right to refuse the return.
- Returns in Archipiélago The Label will be made by means of credit notes in the store or the exchange of the product. No refunds of money will be made. If the price of the item you have chosen is inferior to your original order, after we have received your returned parcel, we will send you the new item along with a voucher for the remaining amount in an email.
*Return handling and return shipping costs are responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
